Kat's Birthday Bento

My Birthday is Saturday, and I made a birthday bento to celebrate. And what do lots of people have for their birthday? Pizza and Cake... Well this bento combines the two... but in a non gross way. Check it out
  • Pizza Souffle 'Cake' (Cauliflower Souffle with Pizza sauce and cheese on top, acting as a Birthday Cake)
  • Salad 'Present' (Cucumber, Carrot, Yellow Pepper, in a Present/Gift shaped cup)
  • Cherries
  • Tomato 'Cherries'
The Pizza Souffle was delicious, and I will definitely have it again. YUM! It's a cauliflower souffle topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. I put a funky purple candle in the top so the pizza could also be a Birthday cake. Too bad I don't have any birthday picks to decorate the bento with, but I think this is pretty cute as is.

Yay!!! Birthday!!! Party!!! Friends!!! Presents!!! Fun!!!

  3. Happy Birthday! Love the rainbow socks! :) Is there a link on your website for the cauliflower souffle recipe? I would love to try it! Also, is it good served cold as leftovers or does it need to be re-heated?

I have eaten the butternut squash souffle cold, but I haven't tried any of the other ones cold.
