Simple Breakfast bento

This morning I ran out of Almond Milk, so as I stood around deciding what I should have for breakfast, I decided to just have my regular breakfast deconstructed in a bento box.
It's a very simple bento, but I like the colors of the berries, and not every bento can be super decorated. Too bad I didn't have the cute Panda Picks that my friend gave me until later in the day. A little Panda sitting on top of the strawberries would liven up this bento a bit.
  • 5 Strawberries (I ate one of them before I packed the bento)
  • 20 Blueberries
  • 4 Blackberries (I ate 2 of them before I packed the bento)
  • 100 Calorie Pack Raw Almonds
  • 1 Cup Corn Chex
If I didn't run out of Almond Milk, I would have chopped up the berries and tossed them in a bowl with the almonds and cereal. It is a nicely balanced meal, especially because the Chex are fortified with Vitamins.
I try to eat very balanced meals, but I find it hard to eat vegetables for breakfast (unless I am having an omelet). Instead, I eat a lot of fruit with breakfast and make sure to eat plenty of vegetables with lunch and dinner.
