Yummy Hummus Spring Bento

It is a beautiful spring day and I have been in the mood for fresh vegetables and fruit lately, so I have been having a lot of veggie sticks and hummus. So once again I have a bento lunch with Hummus, Veggies, Fruit, and Crackers packed in my Eco-friendly LunchBots Quad.
  • Cucumber Sticks (1/4 Cup)
  • 10 Baby Carrots
  • Celery Sticks (1 med Stalk)
  • 4 Cracked Pepper and Herb Crackers (Crunchmaster 7 Ancient Grains GF)
  • Radish Star
  • 1 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus + 1 Tbsp Original Hummus
  • 15 Blueberries
  • 2 Kiwi 'Leaves' ( Sliced Kiwi cut with a 'Leaf' Food Cutter)
  • Avocado and Tomato Salad (Cubed Avocado, Diced Tomato, Cracked Pepper)
It was so fresh and light and delicious. I really love fresh fruit and vegetables. I could live off of a garden if I also had some nut trees as well. Maybe I should just be a vegetarian since I eat vegetarian all the time.
