Last night I put together this bento to bring to work. It was a Salad
with some leftover turkey breast. As well as some yummy fresh fruit.
Here is the yummy Salad Bento:
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 2 oz Turkey Breast
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
- 1 Mushroom Chopped
- 1 Sm Tomato Chopped
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/4 Cup Watermelon Cubes
- 15 Small Grapes
- 2 Tbsp Pepitas (Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds)
- 2 Tbsp Light Italian Dressing (In the green container)
So neat and pretty and colorful! And the picks are super cute as always! Sorry you had to wait so long to eat it, but glad you got to enjoy it anyway!
