I was going to make a simple dinner of leftovers from last night... but I saw the star cookie cutter and the wheels started turning in my head. I turned the simple leftovers into a Star Burger Bento. The burger and the corn were leftover from last night's dinner. and the carrots and cucumber were leftover from the veggie platter I made last weekend veggie. The avocado was getting really soft so I had to use it up soon... and this is what I came up with...
Even the bento box is leftover! I had packed my lunch in it earlier, and it was still sitting on the counter for me to put away... but I grabbed it for this dinner bento.
YUMMY! This was a delicious and healthy dinner. The avocado and tomato added a lot of flavor to the burger so I didn't have to add any ketchup, Mustard, Relish, or BBQ Sauce... I usually like my burgers with 'the works'.
- Corn on the Cob (Sprinkled with Cracked Pepper)
- Baby Carrots
- Cucumber
- Tomato and Avocado Salad (Tomatoes, Avocado, Cracked Pepper, and the tiniest amount of Salt)
- Star Burger (Udi's GF Omega Flax & Fiber Bread, Spinach, Tomato, Avocado, Turkey Burger)
