I work at a frozen yogurt shop called Swizzles. It's a lot of fun, but it's bad for someone who is watching their (added) sugar intake. In order to help myself resist, I packed a healthy and filling bento lunch to bring with me.

- PBJ (Udi's GF Omega Fiber & Flax Bread, Teddie Chunky Peanut Butter w/Flax, Raspberry All Fruit Spread w/Fiber)
- Watermelon
- Roasted Edamame and Soynuts
- Super Cinnamon Smoothy (a fruit and protein smoothy mix that I found at the grocery store)
