I was Finally able to make a Bento today. Earlier this week I was sick so I didn't make any bentos, then when I recovered I wasn't able to make any bentos because my mother-in-law took over the entire kitchen to do all the Easter Baking (Her family celebrates Easter on Palm Sunday). So, While my Mother-in-law was on the phone I quickly ran into the kitchen and threw this together while the bento box was precariously balanced on top of the tissue box squished next to the refrigerator. It was difficult trying not to let any of the flour that is covering the kitchen into my food. I am gluten intollerant but there is FLOUR all over the kitchen. WTF?
Anyway, Here is my bento!
This bento is really big enough to be a lunch, so I think I will count this as my lunch (Since the nuts will make it high calorie anyway).

- 5 Blueberries (On Leaf Pick)
- 4 Blackberries (On Cute Face Food Picks)
- 1/4 Cup GF Rice Krispies (Made with Brown Rice)
- 1/4 Cup GF Puffins Cereal (Multigrain)
- 1/4 Cup GF Whole O's Cereal
- 2 Tbsp Pepitas (Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds)
- 2 Tbsp Sliced Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds (Unsalted)
- 1/4 Cup Nutrotious (Pumpkin Palooza)
- 1 mini box Raisins
- 4 Baby Carrots
- 1 lg Slice Mushroom
- 1 thick slice Cucumber
- Light Italian Dressing (In Apple Container)
Oh my goodness! What a well-packed bento! Super cute! I'm sorry about the flour all over the kitchen. >.< Hopefully it'll all be cleaned up soon!
