My fiance and I went to Whole Foods Market today, and I couldn't resist the fresh fruit. So I picked up a ton of fresh fruit for lunch, and as I was making a large plate of fruit for lunch, I realized that I had a rainbow of color to work with. So I decided to start making a St. Partick's Day bento.
- 1/2 lg Strawberry
- 4 Raspberries
- 3 Cantaloupe Cubes
- 4 Pineapple Cubes
- 5 Green Grapes
- 7 Blueberries
- 2 lg Blackberries
- 6 Purple Grapes
- 3 Watermelon Cubes
- 2 Coconut Chunks (Organic Raw Coconut = YUM!)
