I found this Amazing recipe for 3 Ingredient Dark Chocolate that is Vegan, Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Healthy, and Super Easy To Make!
I decided to try it out and make some Peanut Butter Cups, and some Coconut Clusters for my Fiance and I to share for Valentine's Day.
I usually don't follow other people's recipes, but rather make up my own, but this time I followed the recipe and I am going to share it with you.
Chocolate Covered Katie This Blogger makes Vegan Desserts that are simply amazing, as well as simple. I am so glad I found all her recipes, and I am so excited to try more of them.
Anyway, I whipped up two batches of this chocolate, and I made one batch into Peanut Butter Cups using small scoops of Natural Unsalted Peanut Butter. And the Other Batch I added in some Shredded Coconut and formed into little coconut cluster lumps.
I am so happy with how they came out, The peanut Butter cups look so nice. I think I'll roll the clusters next time to make them into truffles because they look a little unrefined he way I made them. oops. Oh well, I'm happy with how that taste, and that's really all that matters.I like how shiny the chocolate turned out, but you have to keep it in the refrigerator or the freezer for it to fully harden. Not that it's a problem with me, I like melty chocolate, so I usually warm up my candy a little before eating it anyway.
I had some empty heart tins form Valentine's Past, so I washed the biggest one out and put my homemade chocolate's inside. I think they look more Valentine-y this way. ;)
It looks very Valentine-y and I didn't have to waste any money on specialized wrapping paper.
I'm so excited for tomorrow. I'm still getting over a bad cold, and my fiance just got the bad cold, so we are just going to spend the day together relaxing on the sofa and watching a movie and drinking tea together. We will share some tasty homemade chocolates, and I'm planning on making a Valentine's Day Themed Lunch Bento, and a Romantic Dinner.
I hope you all have a wonderful Day!
