Hello Kitty Bento

Yay!!! This is my first Hello Kitty Bento. My friend gave me a Hello Kitty cutter for Valentine's Day, and I go to use it today to make a Hello Kitty Bento.

Isn't it cute?!?

• 1/2 Kiwi
• 3 Blueberries, 2 Grapes (on a Leaf Pick)
• 1 Tbsp Soy Nuts (Dry Roasted and No Salt)
• Coleslaw Salad (Red and Green Shredded Cabbage and Shredded Carrots)
• Salsa for the Salad (not pictured)
• Brown Rice Couscous (GF, Garlic and Olive Oil flavor)
• Hello Kitty (Cherry Fruit Leather Letters, Provolone Cheese Kitty Face, Foodsafe Markers for details)

I am so happy with how great this turned out. I don't think I'll cut letters into fruit leather anymore though, because it was hard to cut through and I ended up bruising the palm of my hand from pressing down so hard. Ow! I loved making Hello Kitty though!

Yep, I'm posting another picture of the bento. In this picture, Hello kitty came out better, but in the first picture I posted the colors popped more, and looked better, so I used the first picture. But I wanted to post this one too. Just so I could show it off.
