On Mondays a lot of my fellow bloggers make these things called 'Muffin Tin Meals'. Well I do not consider these bentos at all, but I decided to take the concept and make it into a bento. Not only did I do away with the muffin tin, but I also made this on Wednesday... look at me breaking all the rules! lol
I'm still not that hungry so this isn't a lot of food (but it is pretty high in calories thanks to the peanut butter)- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Peanut Butter (Natural unsalted Peanut Butter with Ground Cinnamon mixed in)
- 1 Celery Stalk (Cut into sticks)
- Apple Heart (I cut the heart into the skin, then peeled the rest of the skin off)
- 1/8 Cup Sliced Almonds
- 10 Blueberries
- 1 Strawberry
- 1/8 Cup Plum Amazins (Diced prunes)
I am looking forward to Valentine's day. I am going to do Valentine's day the healthy way this year. I asked for no candy, and I am going to attempt to make my own vegan and sugar free dark chocolate.
