Tofu Teriyaki and Brown Rice

This is my and my fiance's dinner for today. I decided to make bento for dinner instead of lunch because we just had leftovers for lunch, and it's something I've made into bento many times before. So I figured this would be more interesting and pretty. And it is! lol
The vegetables aren't super interesting because they were just a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, and it was kind of hard to make them look appealing. It's much easier and nicer looking using fresh raw vegetables, but oh well.
  • Teriyaki Tofu (looks just like beef doesn't it?)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (with broccoli decoration)
  • Brown Rice with Heart and Star Confetti (made from mushrooms, carrots, and cucumber)
  • Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Carrots, Peppers and Onions)
And here is mine! The same exact foods, but there are snow peas in my mixed vegetables (I don't know why they all ended up in my bento... not that I'm complaining. lol) and you can see the confetti better in my bento. The cucumber and mushrooms didn't show up very well against the brown rice in the pictures, but you could see them in person.

The tofu was delicious! I could have eaten the whole package by myself... and my fiance could have too. It was that good! I plan on buying some more on our next shopping trip. There were other flavors I want to try out, namely the BBQ Tofu. I can't remember what the brand was that made it, but I'm sure I'll be posting about it again, so stay tuned.
