Dinner Bento

I decided to make myself a dinner bento last night because my fiance and mother in law were eating Salmon and I do not eat seafood. So I made a 3 course meal with a salad, sandwich/snack, and dessert.
First up is my Salad. Very Bright and colorful, I love how bright it turned out. I ate this with light Italian Dressing.
  • Fresh Baby Spinach
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Julianned Baby Carrots
Next is my sandwich, fruit and dry cereal. I know most people would look at this and say 'That's not dinner' but to me it's super yummy and I could eat this sort of thing for any meal of the day.
  • Whole Wheat Pita with Crunchy Peanut Butter and Nutella
  • Sliced Strawberries and Blueberries
  • Dry Fiber One Original, Fiber One Honey Squares, and Cheerios
And last (but certainly not the least) is my dessert! Super Chilly and Super Yummy!!!
  • Fat Free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  • Chocolate Jimmies (Sprinkles for those of you who don't live in Massachusetts)
  • Low Fat Whipped Cream
  • Strawberry Flower (I saw this on someone else's post, but I can't remember who or where I saw it. I tried my best, but my flower is a little strange looking, I'll have to keep trying until I get it right.)
