Turkey BLT & Rainbow Jello Bento

I bought some delicious looking turkey bacon (Applegate Farms) at the store the other day for the express purpose of making delicious BLT's for me and my fiance's lunch. This bacon was big and sliced so thick. YUM! I'm also showing off my rainbow jello again. I think it looks better than it did yesterday.

  • Sugar Free Rainbow Jello (Cherry, Orange, Lemon, Lime)
  • 1 Small Strawberry
  • 1/4 Cup Honeydew
  • 1/2 BLT Sandwich (Udi's GF Multigrain Bread, Mustard, Spinach, Cherry Tomato, Turkey Bacon)
  • 5 Blueberries
And here is a better picture of the rainbow jello. I didn't buy blue or purple jello because there weren't any good flavors. I do not like grape flavor, and there wasn't any sugar free blue raspberry jello at the store. I wonder if I can make my own colors using food coloring and clear jello...?

  1. SO pretty! And it was surprisingly tasty even though I only like one of the flavors LOL! Love it!

    1. Thank you. The Jello worked so well because I picked flavors that would work well together. But I want to make a Cherry, Raspberry, and Blackberry jello mold one day soon because those are the best flavors. YUM!
