- Dairy Free Pepper Jack Cheese
- Slice of Ham Fried with nonstick spray
- Egg Fried with nonstick spray
- Ketchup applied with a toothpick
- Cracked Peppercorns added as the pupil
Here is my Wife's Sandwich.
- Whole Wheat Bagel Thin Toasted
- Dairy Free Pepper Jack Cheese
- 2 Eggs Fried with nonstick spray
- Cracked Peppercorns added as pupils
- Slice of Ham Fried with nonstick spray

ReplyDeleteConsidering we didn't eat lunch that day, I don't think it was too much food. Bad because of all the cholesterol in the eggs, but we don't usually eat eggs except for special occasions like this.
