I made these Bentos with leftovers from our Holiday meal. I made dinner for the family, and I packed some leftovers specially for bento.
This is my bento lunch:
So besides the sodium in the ham, I did pretty well on my Holiday dinner.

CUTE! Very colorful! How did you like the brussel sprouts; I remember you were talking about wanting to try them. (...*Makes a face* :-P)
ReplyDeleteHolidays aren't the time to be a stickler with your diet! A little indulgence (so long as it's a little, and not a two-month binge) is good.
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, I love brussels sprouts almost any way I find them!
Julie, the Brussels Sprouts were delicious. I bought more. Kellie loved them too.
ReplyDeleteThe Student: I indulged on chocolate and candy, but I really didn't want to eat the dairy because it makes me feel like crap. Plus I love Sweet Potatoes and Sugar Snap Peas sooooo much more then the Broccoli and cheese and the loaded mashed potatoes. I was happier and more satisfied with the Healthy stuff.
