Trail Mix Bento

I made this healthy Snack Bento while I was on the honeymoon. It was easy to throw together, and it turned out to be really really yummy!
  • Veggie Sticks
  • Corn Nuts (lightly salted)
  • Pistachios (shelled and unsalted)
  • Plum Amazins (diced prunes)
The sweet and chewy plum amazins mixed so well with the slightly salty crunch of the corn nuts, and the pistachios added another depth of flavor and texture. I know it may not be the prettiest trail mix, but it was really good!
