Bento Goodies from Japan

My Friend Gina went to Japan for Vacation, and she brought me back lots of awesome Bento goodies! I'm so excited to share them with you! I literally jumped up and down and squealed with joy when she gave them to me last night, then Today I spent lots of time spreading them out and Taking pictures to post on this blog.
So are you ready? Are you? XD
Isn't this Awesome! I'm so excited just taking pictures and writing a blog about it all... Imagine what I'll be like when I get to make a bento with it all! lol
First up is the Adorable Bento Box. This Box is called 'Strawberry Candy' and has a beautiful pink and white checkered pattern with Pink Strawberries and Pink and Yellow Hearts and Flowers. In the bottom left corner of the cover, it says strawberry candy... but you can't see that very well in this picture.
Here is a view of the bento box out of the packaging.
This is a wonderful bento box with many features... Including:
  • 2 Tiers.
  • It's a nesting box, so the bottom tier fits into the top tier to make for easy storage when not in use.
  • Each tier comes with a tight fitting lid to keep the food from moving around or spilling out of the box.
  • The top lid has a compartment for a small pair of chopstick and small utensils.
  • The Top Tier is 300ml capacity while the Bottom Tier is 210ml capacity.
  • Both tiers are microwaveable without the lids on.
  • The Top and The Bottom Tiers can be used separately if you want a smaller lunch.
And it's super cute!
Next is the Matching 'Strawberry Candy' Sidecar bento. It is called a Fruit Box because it is a great size to hold a snack of fruit salad.
This bento is perfect for snack or side dishes that do not fit into the other bento box. It also has the same beautiful checkered and Strawberry pattern as the 2 tiered bento box, with an added lacy quality that makes it cute and feminine.

  • This box has a tight fitting lid with snaps on the side to keep it closed tightly.
  • The Lid makes this bento box liquid tight, so juicy fruit salad or side dishes that have a lot of liquid will not spill.
  • This box has a 320ml capacity.
  • The Box is Microwavable with the lid removed.
And here are the super cute Chopsticks and case called 'Clapping March'.
This is such a cute case. It has a parade of cute animals on it including a
  • Orange Rabbit with a Picnic Basket
  • Green Bear with Pink Flowers
  • White Dog with a Stick
  • Brown Cat with two Apples
  • Yellow Pig with a Basket
The Chopstick case is pink with a clear cover and says 'Clapping March Picnic' on it. The Chopsticks are White with 'Clapping March' written on it in Pink. They are 16.5cm long and are not microwaveable or dishwasher safe.
Next are these really cool food cutters in a plastic case.
These cutters are not microwaveable safe, and are not recommended for hot foods. They are also not Microwaveable or dishwasher safe because the heat will deform them.

  • Three Bunny Food Cutters in Small, Medium, and Large
  • Three Bird Food Cutters in Small, Medium, and Large
  • The Bunnies are a Orange/Pink color (I guess that would making it Salmon color?)
  • The Birds are Blue
And next are the adorable forks and spoon that are the perfect size for bento.
This Animal Fork and Spoon set is sooo cute and features a Sea Animal theme.
  • 8 pieces. 4 Forks and 4 Spoons
  • A Fork and Spoon set in Green with a Turtle
  • A Fork and Spoon set in Pink/Purple with an Octopus
  • A Fork and Spoon set in Yellow with a Fish
  • A Fork and Spoon set in Blue with a Penguin
These forks are not oven proof. Besides the cute animal pictures they also say 'Animal in the Sea' on each of them.
They are also the perfect size to fit under the cover of the two tiered bento box, and they also fit inside the sidecar bento box. Perfect!
Isn't this the best? I am so grateful to my friend Gina for bringing me soooo many awesome bento goodies! Thank you sooooo much Gina! And thank you all for reading my blog. Stay tuned to see these cute bento accessories being used soon!
I can't wait!
